Joanna brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing, design, psychology, and technology to this esteemed leadership role, where she will guide the chapter in fostering thriving, well-informed communities.

A graduate of Boston University with a Master’s in International Marketing Management, Joanna specializes in utilizing her expertise to help companies grow. Joanna’s professional background encompasses a diverse range of experiences, from public insurance adjusting to restoration and security. Her unique perspective as an immigrant from Poland has shaped her skills in community building and emotional intelligence, qualities that will serve her well in this role.
Over the years, she has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the 2023 Long Island Builders Institute Associate Appreciation Award, the 2023 Long Island Business News Top 50 Women in Business Award, and the 2024 Oncon Icon Top 100 Marketer Award. Joanna actively contributes to her community, volunteering her time with the American Kidney Fund, and local animal shelters. She has also served as a board member in prominent organizations, including the International Facility Management Association, and has shared her marketing expertise with the Long Island Builders Institute.
